Pupil Premium

The pupil premium for 2016- 2017 is allocated to local authorities and schools with pupils on roll in January that have been eligible for free school meals at any time in the last six years, children looked after by the local authroity and children of armed service personnel.

Schools are free to decide how their Pupil Premium allocation is spent in order to accelerate progress and raise the attainment of the most vulnerable pupils.  Our pupil premium allocation for academic year 2016 – 2017 is estimated at £239,912.

Schools are held responsible for how they use the additional funding to support pupils from low-income families and other target groups.
